Conditioning Leg session

Conditioning leg session today at 180degrees, sandbanks.

Decided to add in a different leg day today, away from my deadlifts (they’re back in the diary for tomorrow) as I felt like I needed to get a sweat on!! First time on step ups with any decent weight since my Achilles rupture..very happy with progress  so far.

Leg conditioning day:

5×5 (80kg) squats,

5×15 sissy squat,

5×8 each leg (40kg) step ups

and 8x20sec sprints on the #wattbike.

4601323574Struggled with right foot elevated step up, due to much reduced left calf drive following Achilles rupture 5 months ago. All in all though pretty happy with progress back into leg days. on-wards and upwards.

I’m sure I’ll feel like this tomorrow…and Wednesday…and Thursday!!
