James and Sofia Rufus opened their first 180 Strength in Sandbanks in 2011 and then the second club in Bournemouth in 2016 – now they add a new super club in Westbourne. After twenty+ years of training clients and managing commercial gyms, they continue their vision to create training environments that provide top class health, fitness and strength and conditioning coaching from world class trainers and where the priority is always on each and every members personal success. We hire only the best career personal trainers, and today, more than 97% of 180 Strength clients stay and thrive.

We’re planning for The Grand Theatre club will cater for all no matter what your goals and interests are:

1. Large strength and conditioning area – inc. half racks and large crossfit rig area, loads of barbells and plates – and tons of functional training kit: inc. battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, slam balls and more.
