PAYMENT TO TRAINERS.

Payments for sessions must be made directly to the 180° Health and Fitness Clubs/Reborn Personal Training/Studio 34.

There are 2 methods of payment.
1) Payments can be made through the 180° website. These payments can be made online and can be made by credit card or debit card.
2) Payments made through 180° Website are secure and 180° Health & Fitness clubs/Reborn Personal Training/Studio 34 the trainer and yourself will be provided with proof of payment and an online account which details all transactions.
3) Alternatively clients can pay for sessions with trainers direct by cash, CC or cheque at the club via the booking portal and till.
4) 180°/Reborn Personal Training/Studio 34 operate on a pre-pay basis and all sessions must be paid for in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received by the club.
5) Once the Trainer and client have agreed upon the most appropriate training programme / package, payment must be made before the sessions are conducted. Failure to make a payment will result in sessions being forfeit.
6) All pre-paid block courses and packages have a completion date. Outstanding sessions will not be carried over the completion date, unless a prior agreement has been made with the Trainer.

7) Clients must contact their Trainer directly by phone to cancel or change booked sessions (even a free consultation).
8) Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice to will incur full charge. Cancellations for pre-paid block sessions and packages which have already started, will incur a 25% charge for any outstanding sessions to cover time spent by the
trainer, developing and planning the programme.
9) All sessions will last 1 hour unless otherwise stated and will start and finish on time. Trainers may not be able to provide a full hour if clients are late to a session. However, if the Trainer is late for a session, clients will still receive the full session time or have the outstanding time added to another session.
10) The results of any training programme or coaching course cannot be guaranteed and progress depends on the client’s effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. Individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by either the Trainer or the club.
11) There are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If a client sustains or claims to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme, they acknowledge that the club is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of my Trainer. Claims will be directed at the individual trainer who has their own public liability insurance.
12)  Clients acknowledge that their answers to the questions outlined on their Pre-Activity Questionnaire form are true and complete to the best of their knowledge. It is a client’s responsibility to inform their Trainer of any conditions or changes in my health, now and ongoing, which might affect their ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
13) In the unlikely event of a Trainer being unable to continue a clients training, they can have their sessions transferred to another similar Trainer who agrees to take over my training or they can request a full refund from my existing trainer for
any unfulfilled sessions.
